Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to residential addresses as often, there is no safe location at residential sites for containers to be delivered to. We ensure the utmost safety and compliance with customer sites, drivers, and equipment, and are unable to uphold our protocols in residential sites. The maximum loaded weight of a container for our road transport is 30 t. This weight includes the tare weight of the container. Weights greater than this require unpacking at the terminal and will incur additional charges. Containers over 23 t also incur additional charges due to additional resource expenditure to maintain compliance.
